MANGART 25 - Lightweight Remotely Controlled Air Defence Turret System

The project MANGART 25 aims to develop a lightweight, remotely operated air defence turret, equipped with a 25 mm cannon and advanced sensors. Guardiaris provided the digital twin and simulation-based training solutions.

Tactical Precision and Superiority

MANGART 25 is a cooperative development project of the Slovenian MOD led by Valhalla Turrets, which aims to develop a technological model of a lightweight, remotely operated air defence system equipped with a 25 mm cannon, a coaxial 7,62 mm machine gun, electro-optics in visual and IR spectra, an AESA radar, and BANS. The system will engage unmanned aerial vehicles and other air targets, as well as ground targets at distances up to 3 km.

Guardiaris is responsible for developing the system’s digital twin, simulator, and training solutions, including both in-vehicle embedded and tabletop simulators. The company also contributes to integrating advanced detection and warning systems for air defence. This project strengthens Slovenia’s defence industry and research capabilities, enhancing its competitiveness in the global market for modular, remotely operated air defence systems.
